Dia Gerontoudi Prep Center was my first choice when it came down to start the formal preparation
for my Computer Science Masters applications to some of the world’s most competitive
universities. The application process can seem daunting at first, so I approached it by breaking it
down into manageable parts and identifying areas where I needed improvement.

Throughout this rigorous process, Thomas Kalandranis was instrumental. The Statement of Purpose
is a crucial element of any university application, and though I was confident in my essay-writing
skills, Thomas provided me with a new perspective. He possesses a deep understanding of what
selective admissions committees are looking for and conveys these insights with clarity and ease.

By attentively listening to my story, Thomas leveraged his experience to highlight the most
compelling aspects of my background. The objective was to tailor my applications to genuinely
reflect my individual personality, values, experiences, and, most importantly, my purpose. I am
convinced that the quality of my final Statement of Purpose—and consequently, my applications—
would not have been as high without Thomas’s guidance. He also assisted in refining my CV to
ensure it was presented as professionally as possible.

I am profoundly grateful to the Dia Gerontoudi Prep Center and Thomas Kalandranis for their
invaluable support during this life-changing period. I honestly recommend seeking advice from
such talented and committed professionals. I am extremely excited to begin this new journey at
Columbia University.

Also admitted to the Advanced Computing MSc program at Imperial College London, and
Computer Science MSc programs at Yale University and New York University.
