I’m excited to share my journey to the Master’s in Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics (LSE), and I owe so much of this achievement to the incredible mentorship and support I received along the way. Without the guidance and belief of those who helped me, I’m certain this dream wouldn’t have become a reality.
First, I want to sincerely thank Mrs. Dia Gerontoudi. Her thoughtful and strategic approach gave me the confidence and skills I needed to navigate the challenging admissions process at LSE. From the tailored exercises to the exam strategies, Dia ensured that I felt prepared every step of the way. Thanks to her, I walked into my exams knowing I could tackle whatever came my way.
Mr. Thomas Kalandranis was also instrumental in this journey. His deep knowledge of the application process and his ability to help me craft a strong personal statement made all the difference. His advice on which universities to target was spot-on, and he helped me sharpen my thinking, which really paid off in the essays and interviews.
A special thanks goes to Mr. Konstantinos Karalis, whose guidance helped me overcome the GΜΑΤ quantitative challenges. Even though I had a solid academic background, I knew that the quantitative section was crucial for LSE’s program, and he helped me not just improve, but excel. His teaching approach was practical and effective, and it gave me the tools to succeed.
The combined support from Dia, Thomas, and Mr. Karalis turned what seemed like a daunting process into an achievable goal. Their belief in me and their commitment to my success were essential in getting me here. Dia’s warmth and nurturing style paired perfectly with Thomas’s structured, disciplined guidance. Together, they provided me with everything I needed to succeed.
