Dia Gerontoudi Prep Center (Konstantina Gerontoudi Limited Partnership Company), with Konstantina Gerontoudi as Data Controller and the Athens Lawyer Platonas Niadis as Data Protection Officer, must inform you in this document about the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data (usually Name, Surname, Email and Address), both in paper and electronic form. This data is collected when you register, when you participate in events/exhibitions and when you subscribe to our newsletter list. Their management is governed by the applicable provisions and the applicable legislation on personal data protection, namely Law 2472/1997 and, as of 25/5/2018, Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“General Data Protection Regulation” GDPR). The purpose of collection is to extract statistics, send informative information, participate in draws with a predetermined prize and cut receipts. By providing these data to the company, you also imply that you consent in writing to their processing.
The company has designated a specific person who processes your data and under no circumstances will it be used for third party purposes or exposed/distributed to other individuals or companies, other than for the purpose of sending informative material (e.g. Mailchimp newsletter sender) or for the purpose of sending a thank you letter or distributing prizes from prize draws at exhibitions (e.g. notification of QS exhibition winners).
The company must retain and process the data for as long as the above purposes are served. It must then permanently delete the personal data.

The company must provide you with the right of access to your personal data, the right to erasure, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to portability, the right to cease or restrict processing and the right to unsubscribe from newsletter lists, for example either by using the corresponding link (unsubscribe link) at the bottom of the page of the newsletter you receive from us, or by contacting our company directly.
